  Called to get sizes and the person who answered was very unfriendly. Lost a customer just by a phone call. I understand this business is very small but someone needs to work on customer service skills. Sad

  Rick is the man when it comes to embroidery in CB. We have had a few other companies handle our embroidery needs and the final outcome is nothing compared to the quality that Hat's and Shirts has delivered. I know it sounds strange but there was a noticable difference with the same artwork provided. A little slow on delivery but well worth the wait.
