Have been a loyal customer for years, bought 4 pair of boots in the last 2 years, fill my propane tanks regularly and today I asked about getting my boots stretched. Young lady working was trying to be helpful as I was asking her questions,when the older lady started answering (with her back to me). Very rude answers and rude behavior. Will talk to the manager before I decide to shop there again

Tried to exchange jeans that had all the store tags and was told no have to have receipt just exchange for different size Don’t buy gifts there can’t do exchanges
